Launch Suite
Turn your idea into a clear, launch-ready plan you can actually follow.
Service Description
The Launch Suite is for when you’re ready to move from ideas to action, but need help organizing the work. This is not just a single session. We’ll begin with a strategy and planning call where you share your vision, goals, timeline, and capacity. From there, I translate everything into a structured, realistic launch plan designed to reduce overwhelm and support momentum. By the end of this suite, you’ll have a clear roadmap for what happens when so your ideas become something you can follow, not just think about. What’s Included: - Three 60-minute sessions: 1. Strategy & scope clarification 2. Review and refinement of your draft launch plan 3. Launch readiness + next steps walkthrough - A Custom Project Launch Plan, including: 1. Phases, milestones, and sequencing 2. Clear priorities and dependencies - A Short-Term Communications Plan aligned to your launch: 1. Messaging focus 2. Outreach rhythm to support your goals - Implementation-ready documentation you can use internally. Timeline: - Typically delivered over 3–6 weeks, depending on scope and responsiveness - Rush timelines may be available for an additional fee
