Project Suite provides:

∙ Workshops and events
∙ Networking and programming for professionals
∙ Custom consulting and engagement services

Service Engagement & Registration
Engagement Requirements:
∙ Provide accurate information during registration and consultations
∙ Follow all service guidelines and code of conduct
∙ Honour agreed-upon timelines and commitments

Service Cancellation by Project Suite:
If we must cancel or postpone a service or event, clients will receive:
∙ Credit toward a future service
∙ OR completion of service at a later agreed-upon date

Your Responsibilities:
∙ Attend appointments on time
∙ Follow service terms and respect confidentiality
∙ Not record, photograph, or share proprietary content without permission
∙ Provide timely feedback and communication

Code of Conduct
All clients and event attendees agree to:
∙ Treat others with respect and professionalism
∙ Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior
∙ Not disrupt services or events
∙ Respect privacy and confidentiality of other participants and Project Suite
Project Suite reserves the right to terminate services without refund if this code is violated.

Intellectual Property
All content created by Project Suite (including slides, materials, strategies, reports, photos, videos, written content, and deliverables) is owned by Project Suite or our partners unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Usage:
∙ Clients may use deliverables for their internal, non-commercial purposes as specified in service agreements
∙ You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly share this content without written permission
∙ Credit Project Suite when appropriate

Exceptions:
∙ Personal, non-commercial use only
∙ Must credit Project Suite

Photos, Recording & Content
Project Suite may photograph, record, or document services and events for internal improvement, portfolio, or promotional purposes. By engaging our services or attending events, you consent unless you opt out at engagement or registration.

Liability & Risk
Project Suite is not responsible for:
∙ Injury, illness, or loss during services or events (participants attend at their own risk)
∙ Lost, stolen, or damaged personal items
∙ Technical issues or website downtime
∙ Third-party services or platforms used (Zoom, Universe, etc.)
∙ Cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, illness, emergencies, staffing changes)
∙ Results or outcomes of consulting services (Project Suite provides expertise and recommendations; results depend on client implementation)
You agree to release Project Suite from liability for these situations.

Links & Third-Party Content
Our website may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or reliability. Use them at your own risk.

Website Use
You agree not to:
∙ Use automated tools to scrape or access our website
∙ Attempt to gain unauthorized access
